Paper products include disposable paper cups, instant noodle cups, sticky notes, exercise books, envelopes, and other items. Such products generate a large amount of paper edge-trimming waste and irregular waste from die-cutting machines. The paper product industry typically utilizes air duct suction conveying systems, where, depending on the type of waste, it is either crushed and transferred or conveyed without crushing.
After being transported to the baling room, the waste is separated via a paper-gas separator, then fed into a baler for automatic or semi-automatic baling. The resulting dust can also be automatically collected by a bag-type dust collector, with a dust removal efficiency of up to 99%. The entire system can operate unmanned, significantly reducing labor costs and improving workshop environmental conditions.
