WASTE DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR BOOK PRINTING INDUSTRY

These solutions have ensured stable operation, reduced dust pollution, and significantly improved the efficiency of waste paper recycling and packaging. Among them, the complete waste disposal system mainly covers equipment design for the printing industry, including glue binding interlocking lines, saddle-stitching interlocking lines, glue binding machines, three-knife trimmers, and flap machines.
  1. Waste paper edge and paper strip processing plan (for saddle-stitching interlocking lines (three-knife trimmers), glue binding interlocking lines (three-knife trimmer milling stations), and flap machines)
    Connect the paper edges and strips to the pipeline via a dedicated waste suction port, then draw them to the waste paper room using a corresponding type of conveying fan.
  2. Equipment and layout of the waste paper room
    Under normal circumstances, companies usually place the waste paper room beside or outside the production workshop. The waste paper room is generally equipped with equipment such as fan rooms, separators, balers, dust collectors, and briquetting machines.
