LARGE WASTE CRUSHING, CLASSIFICATION, AND BALING PRODUCTION LINE

Large pieces of waste (such as sofas, mattresses, and furniture) are fed into the chain conveyor either manually or via a grab truck. The chain conveyor then transfers these large waste items to the primary crusher for processing (including shearing, crushing, and tearing). The crushed materials (with a discharge particle size of less than 300mm) are further processed by the secondary crusher, which reduces them to a particle size of less than 100mm.
Next, an air separator sorts the crushed materials into heavy and light fractions, which are handled differently:
  • The light fraction is continuously crushed to 5-8cm by a fine crusher, then fed into an RDF extrusion granulator to produce RDF fuel.
  • The heavy fraction (primarily metal and wood) is separated using a magnetic separator to isolate pure wood. The metal is classified as a recyclable material, while the wood can be used as fuel for biomass thermal power plants or repurposed to manufacture plywood.
Dust generated during the crushing process is collected by a pulse dust collector, ensuring that the final exhaust gas meets environmental protection standards.
