The plastic recycling industry focuses on the recycling, cleaning, packaging, granulating, and drawing of plastic bottles made of PET or other materials. Plastic bottles have high recycling value: their caps are made of PE, labels of PVC, and bodies of PET—all of which have some recycling value. After separating labels from bottles, the bottles are compressed and packed using a baler to cut down on storage and transportation costs.
Plastic bottle recycling can be categorized into recycling center recycling and factory centralized recycling. Typically, recycling centers select vertical or horizontal semi-automatic balers based on their recycling volume; due to higher output, factories with centralized recycling use horizontal semi-automatic or fully automatic balers. To reduce labor costs and boost process capacity, factories usually use conveyors for material feeding.
